Returns & Exchanges: We have a no return policy for all of our merchandise. We do offer an exchanges in case your item was damaged during transit or we shipped you the incorrect item. To qualify for an exchange you must email us at laracraftstx@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the original packaging to qualify. No exceptions.

Shipping: Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary. Once your package is handed to USPS we have no control over it. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email laracraftstx@gmail.com. 

Processing: Current processing time for items varies from 3-5 business days. Holidays and weekends are not included. Kindly remember that the majority of our items are carefully crafted to your liking.

PLEASE NOTE

Our badge reels and keychains are sealed with UV resin and which may result with some micro bubbles, which we do our best to eliminate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be bubble free or free of any imperfections. 

Product Care: Pat dry if wet.
DO NOT clean with alcohol.
DO NOT leave in direct sunlight.
